Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to new features. When you downgrade, changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
What happens when I hit my grant limit on Free?
You'll see a prompt to upgrade when you try to add a 4th grant. Your existing grants stay safe and accessible — you just can't add more until you upgrade or close one.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Start your trial with full access to Pro or Team features. No credit card required. After 14 days, choose to subscribe or continue with the Free plan.
Do you offer nonprofit discounts?
Our pricing is already designed for small nonprofit budgets. At $15/month for Pro, we're significantly cheaper than enterprise tools. If you're a very small org with budget constraints, reach out — we'll work something out.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel with one click in your settings. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Need to pay by invoice or ACH? Contact us for annual billing options.
